Enviar mi CV Service Desk Specialist - Zona Microcentro / CABAEnviar mi CVSobre la oferta » Descripción de la oferta:» KaizenRH is currently looking for a Service Desk Specialist for a multinational financial company Essential Responsibilities: Responds to support requests directly, via phone, and/or from the ServiceDesk application and assists in problem resolution. Provisions and de-provisions user accounts as necessary. Deploys/builds new laptops and end user devices and prepares for use. Maintains inventory and other records in ServiceDesk. Understands and adheres to legal/compliance standards included in corporate policies and accepts ownership for accomplishing existing tasks that fulfill legal/compliance requirements. Reports compliance violations when identified. Key requirements Job requires 1 to 3 years of previous related work experience. Bachelor degree from an accredited four-year organization/university. Windows 10 Citrix end user support Laptop imaging and troubleshooting Active Directory user administration Excellent English written and oral communication skills Knowledge, skills and abilities: Good communication skills Strong planning/organization skills Self-motivated Team player and results oriented Excellent analytical skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to pay close attention to details Installation and troubleshooting of MS Windows Desktop, Printers, and PC/Laptops General networking/PC knowledge and troubleshooting Active Directory user administration We offer Effective work with work continuity Excellent working environment and a space for professional growth OSDE 210 Salary updates Flex Time Time and place of work: Monday to Friday from 09 to 18 hs.
