Job Summary

The GDS Alliance Operations Associate (Pegasystems Alliance) will operate from the GDS Alliances Delivery Center and provide day-to-day operations, governance, stakeholder coordination, reporting, content management and execution support for the Pegasystems Alliance within the broader Global Alliances and Ecosystem Relationship Enablement function. Working under the guidance of alliance leadership and more experienced team members, the role will support the tracking of priorities, maintenance of operational cadence, consistent use of established processes and timely execution of Pegasystems alliance activities across sell, build and deliver motions. The incumbent will collaborate with alliance, market, finance, contracts, training, BMC and enablement stakeholders to maintain delivery consistency, support data and reporting quality, follow defined ways of working and contribute to appropriate automation opportunities, including the responsible use of AI-enabled tools to reduce manual effort and improve routine operational outputs.

Essential Functions of the Job

• Update assigned alliance activity trackers with priorities, workstreams, owners, timelines, risks, dependencies and follow-up dates; send reminders and escalate overdue actions through the agreed channels.
• Collect, validate, consolidate and update data in standard reports, dashboards and templates covering sales, pipeline, opportunity tagging, partner-sourced and co-sell activity, prospect tracking, key GTM wins, book of business movements, partner program measures and other defined performance indicators.
• Coordinate recurring leadership meetings, QBRs, planning forums and operational reviews by requesting inputs, scheduling support, updating agendas and presentation materials from approved templates, recording minutes and actions, and following up on closure.

• Upload, organize, maintain and periodically refresh alliance reference materials, SharePoint pages, presentations, internal updates and enablement assets using agreed naming, version-control and content-management standards.
• Coordinate routine content requests with Brand, Marketing and Communications teams; consolidate inputs, route materials for review and approval, incorporate approved edits, and maintain final versions in the designated repository.
• Process and track Pegasystems Partner Portal and My Pega access requests; maintain user, adoption, certification and skills-currency records; coordinate training logistics; follow up on open issues; and provide basic tool-administration support using defined procedures.
• Maintain Pegasystems Market Development Fund trackers and supporting documentation; collect required inputs, check submissions for completeness, monitor deadlines and compliance requirements, support quarterly review packs, and assist with claims processing and follow-up.
• Initiate and track requests for localization of global Pegasystems agreements; maintain contract and program documentation; update trackers for partner distinctions and specialization requirements; and follow up on pending compliance actions with the Ecosystem Contracts team and relevant stakeholders.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for assigned Pegasystems alliance projects, transformation activities, stakeholder lists, partner offering or marketplace submissions, events and sponsorships, training sessions and other priority activities by maintaining trackers, documentation, schedules and status updates.
• Follow documented alliance operations processes and maintain SOPs, checklists, templates and control records; identify recurring processing issues, record them accurately and support agreed corrective actions.
• Use approved automation and responsible AI-enabled tools, with guidance, to complete repetitive tasks such as data consolidation, first-draft content preparation, report formatting, meeting summarization and action tracking; review outputs for accuracy before use.
• Respond to routine stakeholder requests within agreed timelines, provide factual status updates from maintained records, complete assigned follow-ups and promptly escalate exceptions, delays, data gaps or process issues to the appropriate team member.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Basic understanding of business operations, alliance or partner-support processes, with the ability to follow documented procedures, checklists, approval steps and service timelines consistently.
• Ability to collect, enter, validate, reconcile and maintain data accurately across trackers, reports, dashboards, portals and shared repositories, with strong attention to completeness, naming conventions and version control.
• Basic familiarity with sales, pipeline, opportunity, partner program, training, certification, contract, compliance and funding terminology sufficient to process routine updates and route exceptions to the appropriate owner.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data entry, sorting, filtering, basic formulas and data checks, and Microsoft PowerPoint for updating standard presentations and report packs.
• Working familiarity with Outlook, Teams and SharePoint for scheduling, correspondence, file maintenance, document sharing and follow-up; exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, workflow tools or partner portals would be an advantage.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage recurring tasks, maintain calendars and trackers, monitor due dates, send reminders and complete assigned work within agreed timelines.
• Ability to prepare clear meeting notes, action logs, status updates, routine business correspondence and first-draft content using approved templates and established formats.
• Strong attention to detail and basic quality-control skills, including checking data and documents for accuracy, completeness, duplication, inconsistencies and missing approvals before submission.
• Ability to follow SOPs, recognize routine versus non-routine requests, resolve straightforward processing issues and escalate exceptions, delays, risks or unclear instructions promptly.
• Clear written and verbal English communication skills, with a professional and responsive approach to routine stakeholder coordination across functions, geographies and time zones.
• Ability to use approved generative AI and automation tools responsibly for defined tasks such as summarization, draft preparation, data consolidation and follow-up tracking, with appropriate review of outputs for accuracy and confidentiality.
• Familiarity with EY and GDS processes, systems, organization structure and independence requirements would be helpful for internal candidates; exposure to shared services, professional services, technology or business-support operations would be preferred for external candidates.

Job Requirements

Academics:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, commerce or a related discipline preferred; candidates with other relevant qualifications and experience may also be considered.
• Entry-level or foundational certifications in project coordination, process improvement, alliance or partner programs, Pegasystems, technology partnerships or enterprise software would be an added advantage.
• Relevant introductory certifications or digital badges in generative AI, responsible AI, AI-enabled productivity, prompt engineering, automation, analytics or Agentic AI concepts would be desirable, particularly where they demonstrate practical application in business operations, reporting, process improvement, knowledge management or stakeholder enablement.

Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in alliance operations, program or project coordination, business operations, sales/GTM enablement, ecosystem support, consulting operations, technology partner enablement or enterprise software partner operations; exposure to Pegasystems or comparable software alliance environments would be preferred.
• Experience working with stakeholders in a team-based or matrixed environment, with exposure to meeting support, standard reporting, process coordination and cross-functional activities.
