The Argentina based team(s) are expected to be involved on client engagements across the Strategy Realized service line, including but not limited to strategic assessments, growth strategy, new market or product entry, venture building, go-to-market, commercial diligence and operational transformation.

This role is designed for a strong people manager and problem solver who can lead ‘case cracking’ with the global team, while also managing project timelines, work products and workload. The successful candidate will combine consulting discipline, analytical rigor, strong business judgment, an AI-first mindset with excellent people and project management skills to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, client-service environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Project leadership: Serve as the day-to-day project lead and primary point of contact for assigned workstreams or engagements, coordinating across Argentina, US and broader global delivery teams
  • Work planning and coordination: Translate engagement objectives into clear workplans, milestones, team responsibilities and review cadences; manage timelines, dependencies, stakeholder inputs and issue escalation
  • Structured problem solving: Lead and/or support junior team members with framing ambiguous strategic questions, developing issue trees, formulating hypotheses and aligning the team on the analytical path required to answer the client question
  • Analytics leadership: Guide quantitative and qualitative analyses, including selection of data sources, methodology design, model logic, quality checks, interpretation of results and articulation of limitations
  • Recommendations design: Drive the team from findings to implications, pressure test options, identify risks and trade-offs, and shape practical recommendations for clients
  • Deliverable development: Own the quality of client-ready deliverables, including Excel models, PowerPoint slides, dashboards, executive summaries and other outputs in accordance with EYP guidelines
  • Quality reviews: Review work product for analytical logic, accuracy, synthesis, storyline, slide polish and source support before sharing with US teams or senior leadership
  • Team coaching: Coach Senior Associates, Consultants and junior team members by setting clear expectations, reviewing work, building problem-solving skills and providing actionable feedback
  • Collaboration and communication: Collaborate proactively and frequently with local and global teams, communicate risks early, and ensure the team remains aligned on priorities and next steps
  • Practice development: Contribute to team-building efforts, reusable assets, playbooks, AI-enabled delivery approaches and knowledge management as the near-shore team scales

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred
  • Approximately 5 to 8+ years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, corporate development, business development, transformation or an adjacent strategic project environment
  • Demonstrated experience leading workstreams or small project teams from problem structuring and analysis through final deliverable creation
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with ability to review executive-level analyses and develop client-ready presentations
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including ability to synthesize complex topics into structured narratives for senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated aptitude for both quantitative and qualitative analysis, including comfort working with imperfect and/or large data sets and multiple information sources
  • Experience managing junior team members, including assigning work, reviewing outputs and providing feedback
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones in a near-shore delivery model and collaborate with geographically distributed teams

Preferred experience

  • Experience performing market landscape assessments, customer and competitor research, market sizing, revenue growth analysis, synergy assessment, operational transformation, value creation planning, diligence or transformation roadmap development
  • Experience identifying risks and opportunities across markets, customers, competitors, financial performance, operations and organizational capabilities
  • Familiarity with data tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, R or advanced Excel
  • Demonstrated aptitude to learn, use and keep pace with AI tools and solutions coming to market, and to drive adoption in ways that enhance work product quality and delivery speed
